2008 yilinda 7. kez duzenlenen ve bu yilki temasi "Kacis" olarak belirlenen NISI MASA Avrupa Kisa Film Senaryo Yarismasi Avrupa Jurisi 18-23 Kasim 2008 tarihleri arasinda Zagrep, Hirvatistan'da toplandi. Juri, bu yil produksiyon destegi verecegi en iyi 3 senaryoyu ve Fransa'da Subat 2009'da duzenlenecek senaryo gelistirme workshopuna davet edecegi en iyi 7 senaryoyu secti.
